Virtual or Face to Face

Over the last two years we have adapted all our sessions so that the can be delivered face to face or virtually and still be impactful.

One to One Development

All labs can be supported by one to one development.

  • If required the labs can be supplemented by one to one coaching or role plays or both
  • Use laser 30 coaching to support the labs and create meaningful change
  • We are available for coaching individuals to create the change you need be that as a more confident presenter or to overcome a particular interference/ block that you may have

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

A questionnaire can only tell you the personality types IN a type – the performance labs will shape those personalities into the perfect team.

ONBOARDING LAB (Recommended 2 half day sessions)

Accelerate onboarding. After two and half days with us, your new intake will feel like they’ve been together for six months!

PITCH PERFECT LABS - WINNING THE PITCH (Recommended 3 half day sessions)

Across 3 sessions improve their performance in pursuits.

Session One – Exercises to build a strong team focussed on collaboration, connection, and trust.

Session Two – Storytelling and status

Session Three – Practice to perform to Q&As

WELL BEING LAB

(A half-day Session)

Create a feeling of more connection amongst the team. Improved resilience and team alignment. More connectivity and collaboration

THE INNOVATION LAB

(Recommended 3 half day sessions)

Build a culture of creativity and innovation. Create a FLOW state. From brainstorming to storytelling and beyond.

VIRTUAL LAB

(90 minutes)

An hour and a half of activities to explore the virtual experience – building trust, connection and communication.

CONFERENCE LAB

(30 to 90 minutes)

Fun different and interactional – all our labs can be adapted for larger audiences.
